How to use your whole brain and outsmart your friends!

November 22, 2021 by Barb Earle

Today is about magical neuroscience to increase our brain’s abilities, stay smart, effective and brilliant throughout our life! And, ensure we use100% of our brain and improve its performance.

You’ve heard of weight lifting? Today’s suggestions are equivalent to mental weight lifting. Our brain loves novel experiences.  It loves new smells, sights, sounds, tastes, and touch. And the more you learn and experience, the more you use all parts of your brain. Go ahead and smell the fresh blossoms of each flower you see, listen to a new genre of music, try new culinary delights, and touch the rough, soft textures of your world. Instead of driving the same route try another one. Keeps your brain alert and ready to obtain new information. Learn a new language, instrument, or activity.

Join a new social club.
Learn how to write poetry.
Meditate.
These activities stimulate all the regions, networks, and hemispheres of our brain.
They grow, nourish and strengthen neural connections, as well they preserve what we already know.
Avoid letting the myth of 10% brain usage stop you from using 100% of your brain.

Let the magic of neuroscience do the rest.

Until we meet in Person.
Brain to Brain.
Heart to Heart.
Ciao!
