Our brain is a network much like the internet. It’s always on and can be directed towards certain pathways and links. Any other link in the background is available, any time, all the time.
Same in our brain’s networks. If the link that’s online makes us feel hopeless, fearful, or frustrated ~ take note, the logical reasoning- let’s-look-at-a-new-perspective link is still online too.
It’s simply in the background.
To get this network in the foreground we simply need to step back, pause, and take two actions:
1. Determine what’s important behind those strong emotions.
2. Imagine at least one new perspective.
We can explore all possible networks and links, the moment we realize they’re still all online, just like the internet.
Until we meet in Person.
Brain to Brain.
Heart to Heart.
Ciao!
