BREATHING TECHNIQUES

Social trends of today’s world keep us so busy we’ve become disconnected from our body and forgotten the calm, deep breathing

Visualizations or guided imagery helps you shift into the hemispheres and networks of your brain responsible for imagination, creativity, intuition and connects you with messages from your heart and gut. MEDITATION

Meditation is its most basic form is mindfulness—meaning we become present and alert to what is happening in the moment.
