When you stretch think globally. For example Rather than focus on the individual muscle in let’s say a in ‘hamstring stretch’ engage the back fascial from the back of your skull to the entire bottom of your foot. You’re now including the all the muscles, fascia and the nerves in the back body fascial line. The stretch is much more effective over trying to lengthen an individual muscle.
