Step 3 BEER Method fo Successful Stretching

Do you experience pesky, tight muscles, achy joints and reduced mobility? That uncomfortable feeling is generally caused by a restricted fascial system. Our fascia is specialized connective tissue that supports and surrounds everything in our body. And  it’s E for Engage the fascial lines which is the third letter in the BEER Method of Successful Stretching. 
You heard right the BEER method

Engage the fascial lines
Repeat

When you stretch think globally. For example  Rather than focus on the individual muscle in let’s say a in ‘hamstring stretch’ engage the back fascial from the back of your skull to the entire bottom of your foot. You’re now including the all the muscles, fascia and the nerves in the back body fascial line. The stretch is  much more effective over trying to lengthen  an individual muscle.

Let your Brilliant Brain and Beautiful body do the rest.
