Barb Earle & My Neuroscience Pearl Three More Life Lessons I Learned from Vlogging Episode 10

December 15, 2020 by Barb Earle

The last four episodes focused on Emotional health and how it enhances Neuroplasticity.
If you missed any, feel free to check out my business Facebook and Instagram.
What it really comes down to is, if we have a desire to change a thought emotion and action or start a new one, neuroplasticity is King or Queen. And if we are serious about this change it is imperative to take a look at physical, emotional and cognitive health.

There’s even a bonus.
Not only do we enhance neuroplasticity, if we enhance our life as well.
This week’s episode is another breather before exploring the last health area of enhancing neuroplasticity.
Which is Cognitive Health.
Once again it’s life lessons I learned from vlogging.
Let me know if You can relate.
After this week I’ll be taking a break from posting Barb Earle & My NeruoSicence Pearl posts.
In it’s Stead, you’ll find festive, brain-friendly, heart-centred clips.
Barb Earle and my NeuroScience Pearl will air again on Jan. 4
And since these episodes will revolve around Cognitive health I’ll explore brain-friendly heart cantered posts about how to mange stress.
Something we could all get a handle on!

Here’s the Three Life Lessons I Learned from Vlogging. Enjoy.

Keep on Learning!
