Notes from Your Embodied Brain

October 1, 2020 by Barb Earle

Upcoming Life Wide Open Series Notes from Your Embodied Brain
Designed to Support You!

Hello Welcome to Life Wide Open
The place to Live Extraordinarily.
I am Barb Earle

This is the trailer for the upcoming Life Wide Open Series entitled Notes from Your Embodied Brain. It will be aired from Monday to Friday.
The debut is October 5.

There is a nerve called the vagus nerve which originates at the base of our skull. It connects to our heart, digestive tract system and our lungs. The information from these organs reaches our brain and vice versa.
Notes from Your Embodied Brain is all about this connection.

Thus “The Embodied Brain”.

This Series looks at how the brain functions, how it communicates to the heart and body.
And how it connects back to the whole you.

The intention is to pique your curiosity and increase awareness of this remarkable two way connection. Which in turn makes our relationship with our brains and body a little more approachable and a little more accessible.

Notes from your Embodied brain will always coincide with the topic of the week in Barb Earle& My NeuroScience Pearl.
