In this uplifting and educational session, Certified Neurotransformational Coach Barb Earle presents a practical, neuroscience-based approach to stress management.

In this session you’ll:

  • Learn how your body and mind process stress, and how it’s impacting your health.
  • Identify the key stressors in your life, the meaning behind them, and the impact they have on your life.
  • Learn to reframe those stressors so you can claim higher levels of health, happiness, and brilliance.
  • Manage your ongoing stress in ways that will ultimately help you Live Brilliantly.

Based in the fascinating, growing field of Neuroscience, this four-step process will move you from overwhelming stress to brain-friendly bliss.
